Submitting Mother Tongue Language (MTL) Applications and Appeals via FormSG
From 6 July 2026, parents may submit Mother Tongue Language (MTL) applications and appeals to our school through FormSG using the links or QR codes below.

What happens after you submit
Once you have submitted the form, the school will be notified and will process your application or appeal. The school will then inform you of the outcome.
Unable to submit online?
If you are unable to submit via FormSG, please visit our General Office and our staff will assist you with the necesary forms.
